The agreement of volunteering is between the volunteer and the volunteer seeker only.
There are no guarantees by Planet Planit to the effectiveness or performance of either the volunteer or the volunteer seeker.
Planet Planit accept no responsibility for the availability of volunteer opportunities.
Planet Planit accept no responsibility for the availability /effectiveness/behavior/ of volunteers.
Planet Planit accept no responsibility for any incorrect telephone, address or e mail information provided in the volunteer enquiry.
Planet Planit accept no loss (including but not limited to /injury/damage/reputation) in any way caused by the volunteer to the volunteer seeker and/or from the volunteer seeker to the volunteer.
If you are a volunteer and you change your contact information then please complete a new form with a note that it replaces existing information.
Information held on the Planet Planit volunteer database (as provided by the volunteer) will be passed to an interested volunteer seeker.
In no event will Planet Planit be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from use or loss of use of data or profits arising out of or in connection with Volunteer Zone.
Planet Planit accept no responsibility for volunteers not responding to communication from volunteer seekers.
